Come to East Memphis for fine dining and pretend play
Erling Jensen will open another restaurant by the end of October.
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Celebrity chef and restaurateur Erling Jensen and Cooper Hotels, owner and operator of DoubleTree by Hilton Memphis, announced Wednesday that Chef Jensen will lend his name and expertise to the hotel’s new restaurant opening in October.
Erling Jensen Small Bites will bring a new style of dining and also house the first Topgolf Swing Suite in the Memphis area.
Erling Jensen Small Bites will be radically different from the original Erling Jensen The Restaurant, East Memphis’s premier fine-dining restaurant. It will offer a new presentation of high-end small plates to share and popular popular dishes in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Erling Jensen Small Bites will be open daily for lunch and dinner and will include a spacious and full bar.
“I am delighted to be part of an innovative new restaurant in East Memphis,” said Chef Erling Jensen. “Our Erling Jensen Small Bites restaurant with Topgolf Swing Suites will be a unique place to relax for guests of all ages.”
The restaurant’s two Topgolf Swing Suite simulation bays will offer a variety of virtual games, including the popular Topgolf Target Game, Zombie Dodgeball, Hockey Shots, Baseball Pitching, Carnival Classic and more. The bays will be paired with comfortable seating, HDTVs, and convenient food and beverage services.
Up to six people can play, eat, drink and relax in each suite. They will be available for hire for social and business gatherings, including birthdays and hen parties, team building events, corporate meetings and more.
Chef Erling’s unique and shareable dining options, combined with fun and interactive Topgolf games, will provide a unique and fun dining experience.
