Private Division seizes the manufacturer of OlliOlli Roll7

Take-Two’s Private Division publishing label has acquired British game studio Roll7.

Manufacturer OlliOlli was bought out for an undisclosed sum. Roll7 and Private Division are already working together on the next OlliOlli World, as well as some unannounced projects.

This is the first studio acquisition undertaken by Private Division, although the company is handling the Kerbal space program, which Take-Two acquired in 2017.

Roll7 was founded in 2008. The studio is best known for its OlliOlli skating title series, although the company has also partnered with 505 Games for the ambitious Laser League multiplayer project, which launched in 2018.
